I love being a Columbus newborn photographer!  I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to love on new families and capture these special memories after they bring their new baby home.  Life can feel a little chaotic during this time, but I always say it’s so worth it to find the time and energy to get photographs done.  Then once they’re done, you can *SIGH* and take a deep breath, relax and wait to view all the special memories after.  It’s the best!

I adore this family!  I photographed their older daughter several years ago and they called me back when they were expecting their baby boy.  They followed all of my pre-session tips and he did so well and their session went so smooth!  I love their unique home in an older historic Columbus neighborhood.  There’s so so much cute charm with them home’s character, new green kitchen and I loved photographing them outside on their adorable front porch with their American flag.  It felt so classic and perfect!  Those are some of my favorites.

Offering in-home sessions, allows families to feel relaxed and stay in the comfort of their own home.  Also, I always love the simplicity of a white newborn wrap and white baby backdrop.  It keeps the session feeling bright, simple and sophisticated.  …and white will never go out of style, so in 20 years from now, these newborn photos will still look beautiful and timeless. The white is what I’ve gravitated to for a long time, so that is all that I offer now!
